        If this is a reference to Thabo Mbeki, I would say that it is simply
        a matter of embourgeoisification not fear of invasion, etc.

CB: With respect to South Africa, I don't think I've ever found out who
controls the nukes and weaponry from the Apartheid regime.  Do the people
with their hands on the weapons support the Apartheid era , white
bourgeoisie , who didn't just go away ?
