Savran, which I remember reading, also included the following comment:
WEEZY:
No, Solow took the course I mentioned earlier, the economics of
socialism. He was one of the best students I ever had, very bright
and very left to begin with.

        I vaguely remember some other things (rather more specific
and negative) that Paul said about Solow; there was another extended
interview in MR (by a UMass student if I recall), and if it wasn't in
that, then only hypnosis is likely to extract that information from
my grey cells.
