Just a point, and I don't think it's minor or just semantic. There is no Marxian political economy. There is no Marxist political economy. Marxism begins with a contribution to the end of political economy.
I'm tired of semantics, arguments over terms. Sure, Marx said that he provided a critique of PE. But what I do -- using Marx's concepts & methods -- is "political economy" in the sense of merging economic and political (including social) phenomena. With luck, that will help abolish capitalism, so I can put myself out of a job... -- Jim Devine / "Segui il tuo corso, e lascia dir le genti."
