It's hard to tell at this point since it was a High Court ruling, which doesn't 
care about WTO.  However, should it flout WTO ruling then it becomes another 
matter.  Then the Indian government (though the justice system again) will have 
to review/challenge it.  The fact that it is a public health issue and that 
many NGOs and developing countries are lauding it tells me that the US will try 
to avoid seeing it as a bully.  Besides, the trade talks are being slowed down 
by India and so the US might not want to unnecessarily irritate India.
