Hipp Morning News (not online yet, due approximately 9am pst ) This from a friend of Travus who's son recently got screwed: The Pentagon is proud to announce that 90% of last months recruits didn't take a $20,000 enlistment bonus promised for new recruits... Reason: They are being given a series of written tests for the money, and apparently 90% of the recruits don't make the 50 percentile required on the the test and are told of the criteria after the fact.
