Greetings Economists, Castro I think rightly has questioned bio fuels as potentially pushing food production off arable lands at the expense of the starving poor. Jartopha got some space in the NY Times as a bio fuel grown in non arable parts of land like in Mali and that several countries are already starting plantations. Any one familiar with this that could comment? thanks, Doyle Saylor photos - http://www.flickr.com/photos/doyle_saylor/ blog - http://www.ipernity.com/home/doyle-saylor Warning theory laden essays on language like use of pictures!
