awhile back I mentioned that if the US attacks Iran, it will be with
air power ("precision" bombing and all that). What's got me worried is
the fact that there's a big fundamentalist Christian contingent in the
USAF. They may want to speed up the onset of the End Times, and such
bombing may be seen as doing the trick. Their allies in the Israeli
lobby would be happy to go along. So there may be enough of a power
bloc to overcome the last, lame-duck, years of the Bush administration
