I don't see any reason to spend a lot of time criticizing Klein, by
the way. She's merely a journalist (and not an analyst), an
empiricist, naive, and has a tendency toward moralism. But her work
seems a gateway drug on the road to harder stuff, serious Marxian
political economy. She also collects a lot of interesting facts.
