David, some of the legal stuff seems quite forced, such as Monsanto renting 
seeds to
farmers.  They sign a contract that limits what they can do with them.  I am 
sure
that there is some legal basis since the courts uphold them, but it does not 
seem to
make sense -- except as the exercise of corporate power.
