To the editors of the Los Angeles TIMES:

A front page story in November 17's TIMES starts by saying that
"Someone finally told Hugo Chávez to shut up..." Why the blatant
editorializing? ("finally"?) If the editors hate Chávez so much, they
should recuse themselves from publishing future articles on him.

what was published:

"This story starts by saying, 'Someone finally told Hugo Chavez to
shut up.' Why the blatant editorializing with 'finally'?"
