I recorded an interview with Noam Chomsky yesterday, to use on my fundraising show on WBAI on Thursday. Noam did a nice bit on just how dreadfully awful JFK was. To take one specific example, he made U.S. policy in Latin America significantly worse, promoting death squads and neofascists across the region. He was a racist shit too. All this Kennedy aura around Obama is really creepy. Doug
