Some pretty decent SNMP tools for Windows... Try SolarWinds Suite of Tools - Excellent SNMP tools to both scan the network at a high level, and to also walk the MIBs. Free 30 day eval I think. You might even want to buy this after you try it.
Also try Ping Pro Pack from Ipswitch - It has a nice SNMP MIB walker tool as well. 30 day eval version available as well, I think.
