Could be several things Chris, I've seen that actually with Older PBX
deployments.  I've had to contact Sandstorm regarding similar issues and
have sadly had the outcome of said conversations lead to porting them my
data while they in turn scratch their heads.  Are you using an updated dic
file?

A recent wardial came up with a device that I cant ID, neither can 
PhoneSweep. Here is the session:

Then it disconnects. Has anyone seen this one before? I tried the usual 
references and Google but came up empty.
