For a pop3 server, it comes under the Red Hat Package. The pop3 requires
minimal configuration and basically starts off once the services is
configured via the ntsysv.
For the pop3 server, just make sure that the service is run under
httpd...
go to \etc and get the httpd.conf file.
There should be an entry for pop3... uncomment it.. Restart the httpd,
and you're off to use pop3...
