PPPD 2.3.x are now support dial-on-demand connection.
For dial on demand connection and ipmasquerade, refer to this documentation

This document is quite straight forward for any Linux novice user to setup
a pppd dial-on-demand for Linux 2.x.x.
Anyway, read the documentation carefully, some instruction is in the
paragraph which is not on the sample script.
