MONITOR THE DATE FOR Y2K

It's Y2k time, and if you want to monitor the
date on every system at the same time, here is a
way you can do it.

Execute a remote shell that displays xclock back
from each of your remote system.

I wrote a quick and dirty script called xclocks that will do this.
It will also format it on your desktop in nice pretty columns.

I will be watching 70 workstations and servers roll over at
midnight at exactly the same momment.

Since the script is too long by my standards for this section,
you can download it at:

http://www.ugu.com/sui/ugu/show?info.xclocks

It can also be modified to display using the "date" and
not "xclocks" clommand.

Good Luck at Midnight!
