I don't see how the export law should deter us from
using SSH? I gather it stops US companies from
_exporting_ but does not outlaw me owning it outside
of the USA. There are sites outside of the USA where
you can obtain encryption software including 128bit
Netscape. 

Anyway, is SSH "Made in the USA?"
