o----=[ Penguin @ My - Linux ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) ]=----o

Dear Penguinites,

In the process of trying to use my SBLive, I turned off the auto
loading of the soundcore module at boot time. Any idea how do I
load the module at boot time? What file do I edit?

In the process of installing the soundcore module, I edited the
rc.sysinit script and on a reboot, the OS begins to give erros
and the machine hangs at loading syslogd. Luckily I made a
backup of rc.sysinit, but logged in as root (at lilo, linux
single), the system doesn't allow me to change the rc.sysinit
file. Any ideas?

Thanks.

ditesh
