anyways, check this out
to have a secure environment, you'd need to encrypt all transaction between
server and client. apache and ssl do this
payment gateway - kena cari 3rd party. somebody recognized by authority/banks
tools - a lot. search freshmeat. things that comes to mind
minivend, openmarket, ...
