Hi Jochen, >> No slugs have nothing to do with it. Events have to be accepted > > Is the slug needed for anything or can I just re-configure the conflict system > to ignore those messages?
You can reconfigure the conflict system to ignore it. The slug is not used for anything internally. The CCC uses the slug for filename of the video recordings. >> reconfirmed, public and be in a public room to appear in the schedule. > > Ok, I have an event set to event state "accepted", progress "reconfirmed", its > scheduled in a public room and set to public. It still doesn't appear in the > exported schedule and I now get a warning "Accepted and unconfirmed event with > timeslot"!? The conflict is probably out of sync which got fixed in a later version. Reconfirmed got added later as substate and I didn't immediately adjust the conflict system. An event used to need a confirmed speaker or moderator but this restriction has been lifted but I am not sure whether your version still has that restriction. Does this affect only one event or multiple? The conference day has to be marked public, the event has to be marked public, the room has to be marked public.
