*Job Description** :*

·         Management of Clarity Service Desk (service requests are handled
through email box)

·         Day-to-day operational support (technical services)

·         Monitoring and availability of Clarity application and

·         Performance monitoring and tuning

·         Resolution of issues related to application infrastructure
(require coordination with Technology Operations)

·         Production defect tracking and resolution

·         House Keeping

·         Production Application Support (system administration services)

·         Resolution of Clarity functional issues reported by end-users

·         Resolution of issues related to daily processes (manual and

·         Clarity User Access Management

·         Clarity operation support for daily, weekly and monthly processes

·         Continuous improvement - identify opportunities of improvement,
develop and implement solution

·         Maintain operational and system documentation

·         EPMO Liaison

·         Enhancements – capabilities improvement, reporting etc.(minimal
enhancement at this time as the bank is currently running v12.1)
