About three months ago, we moved pep.pobox.com (which hosts emailproject.pobox.com) to a new server. A few things broke for a few hours, but svnnotify hasn't been working since then. I "fixed" it a few times, but never bothered checking that it was fixed, since I viewed the commit list as unimportant.
