I'm going to upload 2 modules to CPAN.
This module provides "loose parse()" like Email::Valid::Loose.
and, it has a "override Email::Adddrss::parse" option.
The mobile carrier in Japan supply a RFC-invalid account address.
They do not improve this specification still now. (e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED])
So, I think that Email::Address::Loose helps a Japanese web developer.
Japanese has a various encoding,
but encoding that can be used by MUA on cellular phone of Japan is limited.
SoftBank cellphone: iso-2022-jp, utf-8, variant utf-8
(Encode::JP::Mobile support as x-utf8-softbank)
DoCoMo cellphone: iso-2022-jp, Shift_JIS, variant Shift_JIS
(Encode::JP::Mobile support as x-sjis-docomo)
Then, I wrote Email::Address::JP::Mobile that extends Email::Addrss object.
Any advices and patches are welcome.
# that is used only by Japanese, though.
