worldwide data base; not restricted to any one country. There is no data base
where winners must be logged because this program pre-supposes that anyone with
an email account should be equally stand a chance of being by rewarded as s/he
is using computers and/ or the Internet. It is only when winning funds have
been claimed by winners that we as a body can now use your details (if we feel
like)
to advertise or for publishing purposes as this is a social program whereby
