[perf-discuss] Several filebench patches

I have been doing a bit of work with filebench and found a few things that complicate the build process and one that causes it to crash when the system under test doesn't have enough RAM.  These patches can be found at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=133644&atid=727883.
