Bob, that is a very useful bit of information. It does sound like the makefile wasn't quite fixed up correctly for Linux. Unfortunately, I am not at all familiar with Linux, so I generally have to rely on others to fix this stuff, but I will investigate, on the off chance it is something trivial that even I can fix.
