Thank you, Tony. I'm starting to understand this now. I think I've found
the difference between the perfmon2 rc9
version and the working Linus tree - there's a change to the EHEA driver
that the perfmon2 tree is missing. But it doesn't
appear to be in any of the commits since rc9, so I'm still confused, but
this is getting me closer.
