Hello,

Just a heads-up that I am going to change the counter constraint on
CLK_CLK_UNHALTED:CORE_P on Core processors. The event
is a synonym for UNHALTED_CORE_CYCLES which goes on
a fixed counter whereas CPU_CLK_UNHALTED:CORE_P goes
to a generic counter (_P: means programmable).

Old behavior:
  - UNHALTED_CORE_CYCLES: Fixed counter0 (PMC16/PMD16) first choice,
otherwise any generic counter
  - CPU_CLK_UNHALTED:CORE_P: Fixed counter0 (PMC16/PMD16) first
choice, otherwise any generic counter

New behavior:
  - UNHALTED_CORE_CYCLES: Fixed counter0 (PMC16/PMD16) first choice,
otherwise any generic counter
  - CPU_CLK_UNHALTED:CORE_P: any generic counter

The same behavior is already implemented on Intel Atom.
