yes, that fixes that problem.

yes, that patch lets pfmon compile.


I haven't been able to test because the linux-2.6.29-rc6 kernel hangs 
during boot :(  This might not be a perfmon problem, I'm compiling up a 
non-perfmon kernel to see.
