Hello, With libpfm4, I try to count a few uncore events (e.g. UNC_CLK_UNHALTED) on Intel Nehalem machine (linux kernel 2.6.32-rc4). But, they all return "0". The core event counting work well. So, I am wondering whether the libpfm4 does support the uncore event. Maybe, the kernel does not support it yet. Please let me know if you have any information about it.
