Yes, that's another possibility. I wonder if there are any non-obvious
difficulties with this approach. Is it as simple as:
   FILE *fp;
   fp = fopen("/dev/cgroup/test/tasks", "w");
   fprintf(fp, "%d", gettid());
   close(fp):
