We included a libpfm git snapshot in the PAPI 5.0 release, so the bump up to libpfm4.3 is small. It's actually already included in PAPI git HEAD. If we do a soonish PAPI 5.0.1 or similar, it would definitely make sense to include libpfm4.3.
