Hi perfmon2-devel, For your consideration, a two part patch series follows. The first is most important for supporting additional variations of the POWER8 processor, the second is cosmetic, but would be good to get in. 1 - Update the PVRs to include some power8 processor flavors. 2 - Fix a few cosmetic nits noticed while reviewing the power* files.
