Cavium/Marvell has published an abridged description of the
Performance Measurement Unit events available on the
ThunderX2 processor. This document is now available without
an NDA at the link below.

I've pushed a commit to my repo on sourceforge based off of libpfm 4.10.1 which
adds the new events. I think I've successfully
requested a merge to the libpfm4 project, but I'm still not exactly
sure about the workflow here.
