There have been a number of processors added to libfm support since the 
libpfm-4.10.1 release:

Cavium ThunderX2
Intel CascadeLake X
Intel CometLake
Intel Tremont
Intel Icelake
IBM Z14 ZR1, IBM Machine types 8561 and 8562
AMD Zen2

Are there thoughts to cut a new release of libpfm? I would like to have a 
fresher libpfm for Fedora.
