Hi Is pfmon3.0 the latest?
I'm on montecito with the 2.6.17 patch an the accompaning libpfm, libpfm-3.2-060405 But there are some broken things in the source, files refer to PFMLIB_GENERIC_IA64_PMU instead of PFMLIB_GEN_IA64_PMU in /usr/local/include/perfmon/pfmlib.h now I'm running in to pfmon_util_ia64.c: In function 'pfmon_get_breakpoint_addr': pfmon_util_ia64.c:726: error: 'struct <anonymous>' has no member named '_si_pad0' make[1]: *** [pfmon_util_ia64.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/pfmon-3.0/pfmon' make: *** [all] Error 2 I will keep working on it if I have the right bits.
