I forgot to mention that this version includes the support for OProfile on
i386 and x86-64. You need a modified user level oprofile package. A first
cut of this package is available at:
        ftp://ftp.hpl.hp.com/pub/linux-ia64/oprof-perfmon2-070122.diff
