Hello, this is version 3 of the IBS implementation for AMD64 (Barcelona processors). There are 5 patches included: * General code cleanup * Renaming *_k8_* symbols to *_amd64_* * Renaming module perfmon_k8 to perfmon_amd64 * Debug messages and BUG_ONs added/removed * Implementation of Instruction Based Sampling (IBS)
The patches are relative to Stephane's 2.6.22-rc4 snapshot from 21 Jun 2007.
