Mathieu and I plan to release a "0.10" release of Perkeep today or tomorrow, after we verify things are happy everywhere.
We'll do a git tag, Windows/Mac/Linux binaries, updated GCE launcher image, and probably a Docker image. (Is anybody using the Scaleway image?) Currently tests are pretty sad on Windows. (at least on my Windows 10 machine without gcc) Any help cleaning those up today would be great. After that, we plan to do a "1.0" within a month or two with the new config file stuff, faster HEIC support, and unified caching.
