Oh, just a testing error then. I'll probably just remove the 'weka_classifier' parameter from the tests, since the default NaiveBayes classifier should be found fine. (Right?)
Here's the Javadoc for 3.4.1 -- http://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/~ml/weka/doc_gui/index.html. NaiveBayes is under weka.classifiers.bayes, class NaiveBayes. (Weka.pm has it under weka.classifiers.NaiveBayes, so it's apparently out of date.)
BTW, how can I look at the code of the tests that happen at module install time?
