Generally speaking, when installing a *-devel package "fixes" this kind of
issues, this an string indication of something trying to dlopen wrong module
and the dlopen mechanism being used not being sufficiently fault tolerant.

Well, padre immediate dumps core upon start-up, on Fedora 14 for me.
