perl-Type-Tiny-1.000005-3.fc24 fails to build in F24 and F23 when bootstrapping
perl because tests fail:

Can't locate Math/BigFloat.pm in @INC (you may need to install the
Math::BigFloat module) (@INC contains:

This is because the test uses Math::BigFloat but it does not declare dependency
on it. The module was unbundled from perl package.
