Event::RPC::Message::SerialiserBase in
<http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/JRED/Event-RPC-1.08/lib/Event/RPC/Message/CBOR.pm>.
The line is:
use base Event::RPC::Message::SerialiserBase;
It looks like bareword after "use base" is not found.
