Description of problem:
The old package breaks upgrades with dnf system-upgrade to F25. This can be
worked around by --allowerasing, but it'd be much better if
perl-WebService-Drobbox could add Obsoletes: perl-Net-Dropbox-API < (some
version), so that the replacement would happen automatically
