Subject: Update to 1.30
- New upstream release 1.30
- Add csv (..., out => ...) syntax examples (GH#7)
- Disable escape_null for undefined escape_char
- Fix ->say for bound columns (CPAN RT#121576)
- Update to Devel::PPPort 3.36
- Tested under 5.26.0 and 5.27.0
- Documentation changes and additions
