rt3 has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
rt3-3.8.11-2.fc17.noarch requires perl(DBIx::SearchBuilder::Handle::)
On i386:
rt3-3.8.11-2.fc17.noarch requires perl(DBIx::SearchBuilder::Handle::)
