perl-Image-Sane-4-1.fc32 fails to build Fedora 32 because a test fails:

An rebase of sane-backends from 1.0.27-24.fc29 to 1.0.28-1.fc29 looks
suspicious. Please note that sane-backends was upgraded in all Fedoras and the
tests fail in all Fedoras now.
