perl-GD-2.73-4.fc36 fails to build because a test fails:

A difference between passing and failing build root can be found at
<https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/11177744>. An upgrade of gd from
2.3.2-9.fc35 to 2.3.3-1.fc36 looks suspicious.

Please not that perl-GD is required for building roughly 800 Perl packages.
