Thanks for the example. Yes, in that example you need to install
'perl(syntax)'. But this is not a dependency of perl-Syntax-Keyword-Junction.
It's a dependency of the piece of code which executes that line ("use syntax
..."). E.g. if you have has a hypothetical package perl-Foo which contains
/usr/bin/foo which does:

  use syntax 'Junction';

then perl-Foo would run-require 'perl(syntax)' and
'perl(Syntax::Feature::Junction)'.
