            Bug ID: 2312863
           Summary: perl-DateTime-Format-Flexible-0.34-11.fc42 FTBFS:
                    Failed test 'timezone => EST'
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
               URL: https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/perl-DateTim
                    e-Format-Flexible
            Status: NEW
         Component: perl-DateTime-Format-Flexible
          Assignee: ppi...@redhat.com
          Reporter: ppi...@redhat.com
        QA Contact: extras...@fedoraproject.org
                CC: perl-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org, ppi...@redhat.com
            Blocks: 2300528 (F42FTBFS,RAWHIDEFTBFS)
  Target Milestone: ---
    Classification: Fedora

perl-DateTime-Format-Flexible-0.34-11.fc42 fails to build in Fedora 42 because
t/parsing.t test fails like this:

# Failed test 'timezone => EST'
# at t/lib/helper.pm line 88.
# got: 'America/Panama'
# expected: 'EST'
# Looks like you failed 29 tests of 8060.

A difference between passing and failing build root is at
<https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/18732587>. An update of
perl-DateTime-TimeZone from 2.62-4.fc41 to 2.63-1.fc42 looks suspicious.
